HJ9018

Marine Rescue Beacon

HJ9018 is a 2nd generation marine rescue beacon. It is designed against RTCM standard.

HJ9018 is intended to be installed in an inflatable life-jacket, and can be activiated automaticlaly on inflation.

HJ9018 can be activiated by attached water sense as well.

The first alert signal (AIS alert) is transmitted in 10 seconds after activiation. The first DSC alert is sent soon after the first AIS alert. 

HJ9018 keeps sending AIS alerts in its life. 

HJ9018 has a DSC receiver integrated to monitor DSC ACK from any preporgrammed mother vessels. DSC alert will be  terminated to improve life time upon the reception of DSC ACK.

The DSC receiver of HJ9018 is the first DSC receiver in the world  which is compliant to RTCM standard.

The integrated strobe light ensures good visibility in low light  conditions.  

 HJ9018 has a very effecient power management design,and it brings a minimum 17 hours operational life at -20 degree centigrade with the transmission of both DSC alert and AIS alert .

HJ9018 is a flexible design. The beacon can be configured on alert transmission cycles and enable/disable DSC alert. The configuration is done by internal infrared IR port.
